NoctraX is an EDM event discovery platform that aggregates and displays electronic music events happening in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We help you find raves, techno nights, club events, and other EDM experiences in the city.

NoctraX is not a ticketing platform. We do not sell tickets, process payments, or manage bookings. All ticket purchases are handled exclusively through third-party platforms (such as Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Dice.fm, and others). NoctraX is not responsible for any ticket transactions, refunds, cancellations, or disputes. Please contact the relevant ticketing platform directly for any ticket-related issues.

We make every effort to ensure event information is accurate and up to date. However, NoctraX cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event listings, including but not limited to:

• Event dates, times, and venues
• Ticket prices and availability
• Artist lineups and event cancellations

Always verify event details directly with the venue or promoter before purchasing tickets.

To access certain features (such as saving events or submitting events), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. NoctraX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Users and promoters may submit events for review through our Submit Event feature. By submitting an event, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to submit the event information
• You grant NoctraX the right to display the submitted information on the platform

NoctraX reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any submitted event at our discretion.
